Whats Happening In Syndicate 3?

Conservation Not Conversation
Children in Syndicate Three have been studying lots of different things during our ‘Conservation Not Conversation’ unit this term. Mrs Badger gave Room 12 the challenge of creating a garden that attracts native birds.
To do this, we had to do lots of research about types of trees, insects and flowers and what kind of birds they attracted. We had to make our gardens the kind of place that native birds would feel at home in! As the end product of our research, we made models of our native bird garden and presented them to different classes at St Thomas’s. We presented our models using speeches and/or Power Point presentations. Check out the photos below of Room 12 children presenting their models and Power Points to Rooms 11, 12 and 3.
