Room 6

This year, Room 6 are completing their own Blog Site. 

Through contributing to the blog children will gain experience and learn valuable skills in many areas including:

• Reflection and discussion about their learning.
• Using written language to express ideas and opinions.
• Writing for specific, authentic audiences.
• Collaboration, respect and relating to others.
• Formatting and publishing principles.
• Photography.
• ICT and computing skills.

By rotating responsibility for updating the blog weekly all children within the class will be able to participate. While content will be approved by the teacher before publishing, the information contained and the presentation of each blog will be solely initiated by the children.

Parents and family of children in Room 6 are invited to view the blog and provide feedback and comments.
