Welcome to Room 11!
As you can probably tell (due to one of us being mummified!) we have spent this term learning about the Ancient Egyptians! This exciting topic has been the first instalment of our year-long theme entitled 'How People Live'.
Term 2 will see us looking into 'How we live NOW: in the age of technology'. The topic will have a strong focus on how we communicate with each other through using all amazing functions that the internet has to offer; such as email, video conferencing, social networking and so much more!
Other topics throughout the year include How people live(d)... in Pasifika, Ancient Rome and in our local community (with a specific focus on environmental issues).
