Room 18

 Dear parents and friends of Room 18,

Well, the year is nearly over and things are really beginning to wind down.  Most of the teaching programmes have ended and we are practising daily for next weeks prizegiving.  This will be help at the ASB Stadium at Selwyn College at 10.00am Wednesday and I hope to see as many of you as possible there.

The students will be coming home with their work that has been on display in the classroom and next week I will be sending them home with their books.  Please let me know if you are going to be finishing the term early so I can make sure your child has all their possessions.

I would just like to say a big "Thanks" to all parents who have been in to help me this year.  It certainly makes a big difference to the year when parents are in to help out to get the important but time consuming jobs done.  Thank you all very much!

To finish, i would just like to add what a pleasure it has been to work with your children this year.  They have been a lively bunch - happy and friendly and very cooperative.  I will miss having them next year but I'm sure i will catch up with them out in the playground next year.
