St Thomas’s school has a long history of welcoming international students into our school and our parent community. With a dedicated English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) department and a multicultural staff, our international students are assured of a safe, friendly environment where they can access a quality education.
While we focus on excellence in academic achievement, we also believe in providing a holistic education for our students to ensure they are prepared to engage successfully in the world and are prepared for the challenges of life.
With that in mind we have a beautiful and well-resourced school which allows our students to access a wide variety of programmes.
Our school site provides access to an environmental science programme, swimming pool, technology and arts facility, bike track (with bikes provided), all weather sports areas and music programmes.
Out outdoor adventure programmes ensure out students have the opportunity to visit our local islands and learn about the amazing wildlife. Our senior students go hiking in the outdoors, attend overnight camps and participate in various water based sports such as kayaking and sailing.
On behalf of our experience staff and parent community, welcome to St Thomas’s School community.
All international students enrolling at St Thomas’s School must be living with a parent(s) for the entire time of enrolment. The school does not organise or provide accommodation for international students. International students must be committed to be enrolled for a minimum of two school terms (six months).
